In recent years, alone with the non-renewable energy, the oil as the representative,is decreasing, the country in the eastern region falls into serious haze and worseningpollution weather, this condition has received national attention. Battery electricvehicles as a kind of new energy vehicles get the attention of many countries, by theadvantage of its zero emissions and battery clean power source. Research on thedriving control system of battery electric vehicles, has important practical significancefor new energy automotive industry.The school-enterprise cooperation projects “battery electric vehicle power systemoptimization and control research” as the background, through by the combination oftheoretical research and engineering application, this paper studies a driving controlsystem of battery electric vehicle multi-winding induction motor. The main researchcontents are as follows:(1)This thesis put forward the concept of multi-windinginduction motor, analyses multi-winding asynchronous motor structure and itsworking principle; The relationship between the output power of multi-windingasynchronous motor and single-winding motor is discussed, and this paper expoundsthe various working conditions of multi-winding asynchronous motor under thedriving control system.(2)This paper set forth the basic principle of vector control,analyses the practicability and feasibility of multi-winding asynchronous motordriving control system with vector control principle. And we discuss in detail itsworking principle, analyze the control strategy of multi-winding asynchronous motorin three sets of battery-powered and design the corresponding hardware system andsoftware system.(3)For multi-winding asynchronous motor driving control system,this paper conducts simulation in MATLAB environment and does the correspondingexperiments, analyzes the experimental data. On the basis of the experiment of thetraditional induction motor in a single set of battery-powered, this topic constructs theexperimental platform, the DSP core controller can ensure that the multi-winding asynchronous motor, drove by three IGBT driver boards, can have the safe andsustained work, whenever anyone of the three sets of battery-powered is power-on orpower-off.The system is supplied parallel by multiple groups of battery-powered, vectorcontroller generates the PWM signal that drive parallel directly inverter module andcontrol the multi-winding asynchronous motor working. The system reduces thesupply voltage and the battery group effect, but does not reduce the driving power,improve system security and reliability, and hope to provide some reference for thedeep study and the follow-up continuous improvement.
