The security and effective development of energy and mineral resources in Deeprock mass、The construction of Transportation engineering、The use of the deep layeris related to the national economy sustainable development and national energystrategy. Along with the increase of mining depth in the underground works, becauseof the differences of the embedment depth, rock tectonic stress, etc, deep engineeringdisasters are increasing, such as mine ground pressure and large deformation ofsurrounding rock of roadway. The utilization of deep resources safely and efficientlyposes a great threat. Therefore, the rock mass mechanics problems that arisied out bythe deep rock mass engineering become the focus of research at home and abroad.Due to the "three highs"(high ground stress, high temperature, high osmoticpressure) of Deep rock mass and containing characteristics, there will be some newscientific phenomena that are different from shallow features for e ngineering work.One of the most concern is the―Zonal Fracturing‖that be founded by Russian scholars.Zonal Fracturing,is big different to the traditional understanding of the broken stateof cavern surrounding rock, greatly changed the understanding of the nature of rockmass, and affects the design and supporting theory of deep roadway.This article mainly is aims at the surrounding rock geological mechanicscharacteristic of deep rock mass, on the basis of the detailed description to the theoryof the existing class of rock mass constitutive model through comparing calculation,selecting a suitable calculation model. Based on the structure type of rock mass andthe classification principles of engineering rock mass classification standard, study onblock and joints rock mass. Again considering the factors that influenced the deeprock mass mechanical properties, such as the original rock stress, the strengthparameters and deformation parameter etc. then simulated and analyzed ZonalFracturing in deep rock mass. Specific research contents are as follows:(1) Analyzed the deep geological structure of the surrounding rock ofunderground engineering, engineering characteristics, according to the theory ofunderground engineering rock mass fracture mechanics, the mechanism ofdiscriminant peak strain softening is one of the inner reason for the produce of deepengineering rock mass fracture phenomenon.(2) Based on the mechanism numerical model of rock mass after the peak strainsoftening, Through the monitoring of numerical experiments,It is the key factors that the natural stress field is greater than the surrounding rock uniaxial compressivestrength.(3) Based on FLAC numerical simulation software, draw a relationship andcontrol function between the deep engineering rock mass physical and mechanicalparameters, geometric parameters and the occurrence、 expansion and scale of.surrounding rock mass fracture phenomenon.(4) Establish model of rock mass fracture phenomenon that suitable for deepjoint rock mass. Consider the change of joint Angle itself,Obtain the relationshipbetween the happening of the fracture phenomenon and the change of Angle.
