In recent years, two major problems plagued the development of global energy shortage and environmental degradation is facing a more severe test. Distributed generation technologies to solve the problem of development and the environment has outstanding advantages, the main use of wind energy, solar energy, tidal energy, hydrogen energy and other clean energy sources for power generation, has little effect on the environment, so it has been widespread concern in various countries, in recent years, distributed generation technology makes access to a rapid improvement of power generation capacity has been expanded. Relatively large distributed power installed capacity is usually incorporated into the grid through the boost after, and then transported to the remote from the transmission grid to supply power; while relatively small capacity, but also small-scale distributed power is usually small incorporated directly into distribution network, to achieve load-place power supply, no long-distance transport, reducing transmission losses generated in the process can save investment and improve the reliability of power supply, the use of distributed generation are more obvious economic and social benefits. In the distributed power into the low voltage distribution network, the network topology is bound to change, resulting in safe and stable operation of power systems reduced.This paper first introduces began operating characteristics of various types of distributed power, and then combined with the regional power grid, Weihai, Shandong distributed generation integration to the thermal power grid systems, wind power systems, photovoltaic systems are three typical the mathematical model, analysis of the impact of power system short-circuit capacity; and Shandong power grid as an example to the largest wind farm installed capacity access systems analysis and calculation of the regional power grid largest wind power consumptive capability. This Paper comes to the conclusions as follows:1) Wind turbines can influence short-circuit current of fault point. It is related to the distance from wind turbines to the fault point. The smaller the distance between wind turbines and fault point, the more powerful the influence will be. And the short-circuit current provided by wind turbines will become less with the distance between wind turbines becomes longer.2) The analysis of Chapter5indicates that, the strength and the reactive power of the grid both have effect on the capacity of wind power. The capacity of the wind power will be limited when the reactive power of the grid is lack, like the substation of Xuetang and Yinggang in Binzhou.The content of this paper will be help to explain some phenomenon in power system connected with wind power plant. It will be help to analyze the voltage stability and short-circuit of the grid connected with wind power plant. For the research of regional power grid wind power to accept ability of wind farm planning and construction has a certain reference value. Researching the capacity of wind power in regional power grid will bring a certain reference value for the construction of wind farm in the future.
