The reliability analysis for structures under the blast loading has very important meaning.The reinforced concrete slab is popularly used in structures and the paper takes it as object. Itbased on maximum entropy in the reliably analysis method, explored and analyzed the failureprobability of reinforced concrete slab under the blast loading. The main contents are asfollows:(1) According to the experiential formula of the attenuating for shock wave peak and thecalculation formula of the energy flow density, the calculation formula of the shock wavepeak pressure under the blast loading is derived. The exponential attenuation model of theexplosive loading is simplified into triangle impulsive loading model by used the impulseequivalence pineapple. And the calculation formula of the reinforced concrete slab’s ultimatedeflection under the explosive loading is derived by the triangle impulsive loading.(2) Based on failure criterion of displacement ductility, establish the basic expressformula of structural performance function, and then make the express formula ofperformance function perfect by used the calculation formula of the maximum displacementand deflection. It provides the theoretical support for the computation of reinforced concreteslab’s failure probability.(3) Based on the statistic value of random variables combine the method probabilityused to study of the probability model of the random variable with the approach of estimatingthe failure probability of construction. The paper set up two models that based on theprinciple of maximum entropy, they are the model of the failure probability of constructionand the model of random variables probability density. And the solving processes of themodel are derived. Then based on the maximum entropy the failure probability of thereinforced concrete slab is obtained.
