In March2011, Fukushima nuclear accident produced great harm and will seriouslyaffect the development of nuclear energy, it make the world attach unprecedented importanceto the nuclear security issues, simultaneously, Steam-Liquid two-phase flow and heat transfershould be in-depth study. By means of mass documents research, the author and studyingteam setup and transform the experimental bench of flow and heat transfer in narrowrectangular channel. Experimental research and theoretical analysis on flow boiling resistancecharacteristics are presented, the main content of research is as follows:This paper experimental study on two-phase flow boiling under stability in narrowchannel, due to the special structure and complex flow, the two-phase flow frictional pressuredrop in narrow channels are effected by many factors, characteristics are not understoodcompletely yet. According to the experimental data, the influences factors on two-phase flowfriction characteristics are discussed, meanwhile, this paper analysis the calculation models oftwo-phase friction pressure drop. Several models for calculating the onset of nucleate boilingwere introduced. Through analyzing the data of ONB of newly different published literatures,the mechanisms for the main influence factors are suggested. B&R model, Jens-Lottes model,Pan Liangming model and Su Shuyu model are employed to analyze the onset of nucleateboiling data. Due to the published literatures for ONB are not many, this paper suggestsenriching the experimental data for further research.In order to study relevant influence factors on onset of nucleate boiling and two-phaseflow frictional pressure drop in narrow channel from the aspect of quantitative analysis, GreyRelational Analysis is applied to analyze the experimental data, and then the intensitysequence of the factors was obtained. The method of Grey Relational Analysis is applied toanalyze two-phase flow boiling is feasible. Though Grey Relational Analysis is widely usedthroughout the world, it depends on the accuracy of reference series and compared series.From the result of this paper, GRA verifies the accuracy of the experimental data. So, GRAcan be used as a test method for verifying the accuracy of the experimental data. Under rollingand without rolling conditions, flow boiling experiment in rectangular narrow channel isanalyzed. Though the analysis of experimental data, it is found that the rolling motion has little effect on transient two-phase flow friction pressure drop.
