As an external and inexhaustible energy, solar energyhas attracted more and more attention when the fossil energy became shortage today. Atpresent, on the development and utilization of solar energy, it has been gradually from the pastsimple light heat conversion to high power solar photovoltaic grid-connected power systemdevelopment. During the process of research on the solar array simulator application greatlyshortens the photovoltaic power generation system research cycle, but also greatly enhancethe study efficiency.This paper first describes the significance of PV array simulator in the study ofphotovoltaic power generation system, and according to the characteristics of PV arraysimulator, choose digital photovoltaic array simulator as the research object in this experiment,in order to achieve in the actual study instead of photovoltaic array function.In the study of PV array simulator, according to the working principle of the photovoltaicarray, analyzes and establishes a mathematical model of photovoltaic array, then deduced theengineering calculation method of photovoltaic array, and established photovoltaic arraysimulation model, get the photovoltaic array I-U characteristic curve in the Matlab/Simulinkenvironment simulation. According to the photovoltaic array characteristic to determine thedesign of PV array simulator load work point determination method and generation of PVarray output characteristic curve, lay the foundation for the research of PV array simulatorcontrol.This paper describes the design of the photovoltaic array simulation device systemstructure and working principle, and according to several commonly used DC/DC convertercircuit topology structure and their function of contrast and the actual requirement of thedesign, finally, choose the Buck-Boost DC conversion circuit as the main power circuit in thedesign of the digital photovoltaic array simulator, and take a brief analysis for its workingprinciple, according to the requirements of PV array simulator operation, identified theoperating parameters of main components in the main circuit. Built digital photovoltaic arraysimulation device simulation model in Matlab/Simulink, According to the experimentrequirement were analyzed simulation,and get the corresponding simulation results.In the control strategy, design according to the output characteristics of photovoltaic array of solar array simulator control system, the selection of the design of STM32F103ZET6ARM controller as a PV array simulator control chip, the chip with high performance, lowcost, low power consumption and other characteristics, the highest working frequency ratio of72MHz, fully meet the PV array simulator control requirements.Finally, given the design of PV array simulator static test and dynamic test waveform,the analysis demonstrates that the design of the solar array simulator can fully simulate theperformance of photovoltaic array. Static work point fell on the photovoltaic array simulationcurve, and the output voltage and current waveform stability, ripple is also in full compliancewith the design requirements; in the dynamic test, system response quickly, good tracking tonew conditions working point, consistent with the PV array simulator dynamic requirements... |
