With the rapid development of our country’s economy and the continuous expansion of city, building an underground transport system to ease traffic pressure has become the demand of urban development. While underground traffic system has eased traffic pressure on the ground, but the combined noise pollution and vibration problems are gradually revealed. Over the past few years, the ground vibration and construction vibration caused by rail transport had already attracted the attention of the public, therefore, it is an urgent need to solve this problem. In this paper, the first chapter summarizes the produce of subway vibration, the propagation in the soil of vibration, the current situation building on the research of the vibration’s response and problems in current research. The second chapter gives the transversely isotropic saturated soil’s half analytical solutions of dynamic response in Fourier transform domain for metro railway system when subway is under load, and uses Mat lab to calculate the numerical results and analyses the load-movement speed and load-vibration frequency’s effects on transversely isotropic saturated soil’s surface vibration. The third chapter considers the foundation as the overlying elastic transversely isotropic saturated soil-layer on the basis of the last chapter to achieve the surface’s half analytical solutions of the dynamic response in Fourier transform domain and to obtain the numerical results by using Fourier numerical inverse transformation technology. On the foundation of this, this paper mainly analyzed the elastic layer’s thickness and stiffness and the transverse isotropic soft soil’s stiffness’s influence to the surface’s vibration and displacement. On the basis of above research, the fourth chapter built the three-dimensional finite element model of formation-metro tunnel-the upper frame structure. Moreover take the simulative subway load as the actuation and input it to the model, and analyzed the distance between metro tunnel and building and the subway train speed’s impact on the response of building vibration. Finally on the basis of summarizing the paper research content, put forward the content and direction which need further research for this topic.
