The anchorage body corrosion damage will make its ultimate bearing capacity and adhesion strength decrease, even serious failure, which may affect the slope stability. It is easy to be occurred when the anchor cable (rod) under the dry-wet alternate environment, and high content corrosive ions (especially the chlorinetion) in the surrounding water and soil. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the corrosion mechanism and influence factors of the anchor cable (rod), and take the corresponding anticorrosion measures timely. Based on this, through the analysis of the anchorage body cracking time, this paper studied the corresponding anchorage body parameters and the influence of geotechnical related corrosion ions on the service life of the anchor cable (rod). In addition, putting forward some anticorrosion measures of the anchorage body, and getting the following conclusions:(1) The forces of surrounding rock outside the mortar layer were considered and analyzed in this paper. The corrosion expansion force formula and the radial displacement (i.e. the amount of corrosion) generated by the corrosion cracking time were derived by the mechanical analysis, The service life of the anchor cable (rod) under different influence factors were calculated according to predict the corrosion cracking time by the ratio of radial displacement and corrosion rate. Diagrams were drawn to make a comparative analysis of the laboratory test data, and the correctness of the proposed mechanical model was confirmed.(2) Through collecting the water and soil samples along the Guizhou expressway, and carrying on the corrosion tests as well, the PH value and the content of corrosion ions in the water and soil were analyzed and obtained. According to the content of chlorine ion, the corrosion of the environment was evaluated. The results show the velocity of corrosion would be fluctuated by the changing of PH value in the water and soil. The chlorine content in the surface of steel can be predicted in the chlorine content of surrounding. The corrosion speed of steel was calculated under the different contents of chlorine and various contents of PH value. According to the previous theory of the steel rust expansion moment, the cracking time of parameters under different values were computed.(3) This paper put forward some anticorrosion measures and suggestions of the anchorage body by combining a variety of the influence factors and the related research conclusions.
