Landing gear, engine and aircraft fuselage are the three main part of aircraft and theses three aspects are also needed breakthrough in China’s aviation industry. Meanwhile, high reliability, long life is a major requirement of modern aviation technology which put forward for the landing gear. Therefore, researching on the reliability of the aircraft landing gear has a very realistic significance. This paper mainly target to the landing gear mechanism as the research object, putting forward a method of reliability based on extreme learning machine and applying in the reliability and sensitivity analysis of parameters of landing gear mechanism. Finally, the relevant experiments have done. The main work of this paper are as follows.Reliability modeling and calculation method are introduced and discussed, aiming at the object of this research, proposed the concrete analysis process for the landing gear model and computing method of three typical mechanism.Presenting a new reliability calculate method which based on ELM, it overcomes the problem of misconvergence, slow speed and calculate results are not accurate, which occur in using classical response surface method to reconstruction of limit state function, using examples demonstrate its feasibility and rationality and expanding its application in reliability analysis, and also do some sensitivity analysis, putting forward guiding significance for optimization design of stage.Aiming at the three typical mechanism of the certain type of aircraft landing gear, some motion reliability and sensitivity analysis have been done. Using parameters to build a certain type of aircraft landing gear locking mechanism, retraction mechanism,turning mechanism model in the dynamics software, and get the corresponding output response, then using the above ELM method to calculate the reliability and the sensitivity of the reliability and the further experiments,getting measurement results of output angle of the turning mechanism and sensitive parameters focus on fixed position output angle reliability impact results of turning mechanism, the experimental results show that the accuracy of the simulation analysis.
