With the vigorous development of the transportation industry in our country, tunnel engineering was more and more applied. How to guarantee the safety and quality of the construction of the tunnel has become the subject which people concerned. This paper mainly studied the weak stratum, which is likely to cause geological disasters on the rock of the tunnel. In this paper, Liangshan tunnel on Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway in Fujian province was presented as an engineering example. Site monitor measurement and numerical simulation and theoretical analysis were used to analyze the mechanical characteristics of tunnel buried deep watery and weak stratum. This thesis work mainly included the following achievements:(1) The collapse mechanism of tunnel buried deep watery and weak stratum with failure was analyzed. According to field investigation and measurement data, the engineering field of geotechnical engineering investigation and study were carried out. The influence of tunnel buried deep watery and weak stratum with failure was analyzed. Liangshan tunnel about deep weak water with subsidence reason and process were analyzed, and the corresponding design scheme was formulated.(2) Liangshan tunnel about the buried deep watery and weak stratum was studied. Terzaghi theory, proctor theory and3D equilibrium model were used to calculate pressure of tunnel surrounding rock. The results obtained by different methods were compared. The comparison offered the theoretical foundation for analytical analysis of advanced support.(3) The supporting mechanism of advanced preliminary reinforcing system was analyzed. And the scheme was determined. Reinforcement mechanism must be built upon the reason of collapse.(4) In the tunnel support system mechanics characteristics analysis, three different supporting systems of tunnel were reviewed. Based on the comparison, the construction support system in the process of conversion was analyzed.
