| In long-distance, large-depth of hard rock tunneling project condition, the affection of crustal stress to TBM causes rock-fragmentation mechanism change and thereby leads to engineering problems like inefficiency rock-breaking and large impact load. In this paper, for the purpose of efficient rock-breaking, the disc cutter load characteristics and rock-breaking parameters in crustal stress condition are researched. The main contents are as follows:(1) Analyzing rock characteristics in crustal stress condition. According to rock strength with the variation of the initial principal stress, the Central South University disc cutter three-mechanical model is modified. Finally a disc cutter rock-breaking mechanics model considering initial stress of surrounding rock is established(2) Building a disc cutter-breaking finite element model in crustal stress condition by the numerical simulation software LS-DYNA. The rock-breaking characteristics and the mechanical characteristics of TBM disc cutter are studied. Comparing the numerical results with the established theoretical mechanics model verifies the feasibility of the theoretical model.(3) Building a numerical model of double disc cutters crushing in crustal stress condition. Influence rules of cutters spacing and penetration on the rock-breaking characteristics and the load characteristics under crustal stress are studied. The optimal matching value of the cutters spacing and penetration in crustal stress condition is proposed based on the minimum specific energy consumption principle.(4) Using a100-ton rotary TBM rock-breaking bench, a breaking the analog materials research on the disc cutter is studied, analyzing the marble crushing characteristics under the cutter affection, making a statistical analysis on the cutter’s load data, the correctness and feasibility of the numerical simulation is verified.80figures,20tables,92references. |
