ABSTRACT:Concrete carbonation as an important factor affecting the durability of concrete structures,is receiving more and more attention. At present, domestic and foreign scholars do a lot of research on concrete carbonation in the faster carbonation conditions, and achieved positive results.In this paper, based on the concrete construction mix of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Yanjiang expressway bridge, Using the laboratory rapid carbonation test and field natural carbonation test, tested concrete carbonation depth; Using statistical methods analyze carbonation depth of carbonation coefficient and correlation for concrete in the rapid carbonization and natural carbonation, and use the carbonation depth of different prediction model to predict the concrete carbonation depth, combined with the test results of fast carbonization and natural carbonation, the carbonation depth prediction model suitable for field use, as follows research results:(1) Using statistical method analysis carbonation depth of a bridge engineering Guangzhou-Shenzhen Yanjiang expressway in Guangzhou Dongguan section in rapid carbonation and field natural carbonation results show that in the rapid carbonization and natural carbonation environment, concrete carbonation depth distribution accord with normal distribution(2) Fast carbonization and natural carbonation test conditions, the relationship between time and depth of concrete carbonization depth of all meet the power function relationship, but the coefficient of carbonation test of concrete under field condition value is lower than the laboratory accelerated carbonation coefficient(3) Using diffusion theory prediction model and compressive strength Predictive models and The probability of stochastic model To predict concrete carbonation depth, the results show that he probability of stochastic model was in accord with the actual condition of carbonization depth of concrete, the test results of high reliability.
