| State-switch process control is of great importance for the dynamic and comfortperformance of HEV, and a good quality of dynamic process control is one of key technologiesfor HEV to be massively manufactured. This paper puts forward a coordinated method due tothe state-switch process of PHEV, then simulates and verifies the method with evaluationcriterion and control strategy.This paper firstly analyzes the dynamic characteristics of PHEV’s power train, and anevaluation criterion of the state-switch coordinated control is given by building the dynamicmodel of ICE.Then by ranking possible state-switch processes of PHEV, a detailed state-switch processof ICE and motor is analyzed, where three typical state-switch conditions(between drivemode/brake mode/drive mode and brake mode) are discussed. After that a motor torquecompensation control strategy and flow chart are both given.Finally, state-switch process of PHEV is co-simulated and tested by using AVL/CRUISEand Matlab. Physical models including assemblies such as ICE, motor, battery, wheels and bodyare built by AVL/CRUISE, meanwhile control strategy including torque distribution model ofICE and motor and ICE start/stop model are set up by Matlab/Simulink, and according tocoordinated control model with motor torque compensation strategy, the comparison tests ofstate-switch process with/without coordinated control are taken. Results have shown thefeasibility of the control strategy and achievements of the desired purposes. |
