| The runtime environment of a special vehicle transmission system has the characteristics of strong shock and vibration. Long time running will cause the bearing raceway surface to wear, the surface roughness to increase and the vibration and noise to increase. This paper takes the whole system as the research object, to study the influence law of bearing wear on transmission system dynamics characteristics. The main contents include:(1) The nonlinear dynamic model of the bearing rotor system is established. The contact-impact parameters are calculated by solving the bearing roller and outer ring raceway road compatibility equation. The rigid hybrid dynamics model of the bearing rotor system was established to get the dynamic characteristics of the different degree of bearing wear. The simulation results show: The absolute mean value of the base markers’vibration signal increases gradually with the increase of wear and tear clearance.(2) A bearing wear fault bench is built and the sensor placement program was optimized to extract the characteristic values of different degrees of wear. The values are compared with the simulation data. The results show that the law of characteristic values obtained by simulation agrees with the experiment result and a characteristic value that can represent the characteristic of bearing wear is obtained.(3) The cylindrical roller bearing wear kinetic model of a special vehicle driveline is established. The drive system’s dynamics response is simulated under the situation of large load and large impact. A test bench of drive train’s bearing wear fault is built to verify the simulation results.(4) The contact load spectrum of different levels of wear are extracted from the simulation results, based on the Archard fatigue wear model. Raceway wear of different levels of wear is studied. The bearing raceway wear morphology is reconstructed to analyze rolling weartrend under different degrees of wear. |
