With the continuous development of the economy and improvement the life of the city,various business building, television tower, the landmark, high-rise buildings have been built.The development of building promotes the elevator to faster, higher, lifting weight greaterdirection, and brings about the development of large power motor’s, the appearance andmaturity of elevator with energy feedback. It also accelerates the high-speed elevator relatedtechnology to advance more fine and environmental protection and low cost.This thesis mainly researches the optimization and upgrading of related technology forthe efficiency and security of high-speed elevator.The introduction of high-speed elevatorelectrical system in this paper, aiming at the technology related optimization.(1) In the aspect of power transmission, three-phase five wire system has designed aspower supply system aiming at the characteristics of long distance transmission. Using thespecial structure of electric cable,the power and the relevant serial signal is transmitted to thehoistway. The electrical protection and coordination also has been took into account.(2) SDS(Speed Decreased Switch) is known as the terminal station forcing decelerationswitch, it generates switch signal when elevator arrived at the terminal station. after receivingthe signal, the control system detections the speed once every10ms and determine whetherthe speed is normal until the elevator stopped normally. The speed of eleavtor is in the controlstate to avoid the elevator strucking the ceiling or the bottom. It’s the speed’s protection at theterminal station. In the thesis, a magnetic induction or photoelectric induction switch insteadof travel switch in order to improve reliability, and put forward that the magnetic separationsheet or photoelectric separation sheet is signal-row designed.(3) To dispose of the error in position of the cage by slipping while emergency stop, anencoder is assembled on the governor as detecting system for the cage position. We employdifferent position correction methods under various conditions according to the characteristicsof the system. We also design the micro level and mutual aid function using this system.(4) To inhibit Surge voltage of the motor, the more effective method is found throughanalysis and comparison of various schemes.
