As the basis of the survival and development of human society, the increasing demands of energy and the non-renewable energy such as coal and oil gradually reducing makes the improvement of energy utilization becoming more and more important. Power generation technology of low-concentration gas, of which the safe transportation and monitor of low-concentration gas is the key point in power generation is vital for enhancing effective utilization of energy and ensuring coal mine safety.The operation principle about the realization of the gas intake, gas distribution, inspection emptying and aspiration improvement of delivery system of low-concentration gas is demonstrated. According to the composition of the system structure, the features of low-concentration gas delivery system, such as strong coupling, uncertainty, large delay and strong nonlinear is obtained. Contrary to the characteristics, the nonlinear predictive control method which bases on GA-LSSVM is used to achieve the control of gas delivery system, then the requirement of gas generator can be fulfilled through the output of the gas concentration, pressure and forbearance. Utilizing the Matlab simulation platform, simulation experiments of the system is carried on to show a rather better control effect, according to that the performance indicators of the gas transmission control system of low-concentration gas generating electricity can be met,which proves that the intelligent control is ideal and feasible.After the analysis of the functional requirements, nonlinear predictive controller, of which the nonlinear predictive control algorithm is studied as the core is designed to the preliminary design of the control strategy. With the OMAP-L138DSP as the control chip of the hardware part of the system and the external expansion signals acquisition module, storage module, showing module and communication module, the function of handling data, renewing, predicting module online practice, showing data, communicating data and alarming is accomplished by the software part to finally get the function of gas transmission system, such as processing data, showing, storing, alarming and controlling realized.Accomplished with the better control effect, the gas transmission system with gas generation safety based on nonlinear prediction designed by this article has the advantages such as safe and reliability and convenient to implement and maintain.
