The Metro Environmental Control System Design Based On Fuzzy PID

Building Automatic System is an application of the computer network,industrial control and other technologies.Through it,ventilation,air conditioning,water supply and drainage,lighting,ladder,platform screen door etc in the subway can be centralized monitoring and management.This article combines the city subway line2project,according to the relevant national standards and design principle,analyses the BAS performance requirements, designs a scheme of the BAS basic structure.Equipment selection,hardware configuration and the subsystems are expounded. The BAS control process model has been carried on the reasonable determination. To improve the efficiency and effective energy saving air conditioning use.It also introduces the fuzzy adaptive PID control system to improve the adjustment of air conditioning units,so as to achieve effective energy saving.Rockwell Controllogix series PLC control system is choosed for line2subway BAS master control system.According to the demand and the characteristics of the chosen product,the architecture and network are designed.It ensures that the functional requirements and its real-time,reliability and practicability of the BAS are fully met.The BAS chooses schneider CitectSCADA as the upper monitor system software platform,and also configures the maintenance station and maintenance terminal configuration monitoring software.BAS PLC constitutes device level automatic control system.According to the process system control requirements and certain algorithm and craft,it automatically controls the field devices such as devices linkage,interlock, ventilation control,schedule control and so on.All BAS workstations complete data collection and analysis,historical data record,alarm,event processing,man-machine interface display, the network information release, etc.Through redundant communication interface,the BAS is connected to the integrated monitoring system ISCS,which will uploads information to the ISCS and realizes the system integration.The center BAS and every station BAS together form a factory automation system.The center BAS achieves monitoring,management, processing and scheduling decisions of overall working conditions.
