Exploring direct methanol fuel cell has been an effective way to solve the problems ofcomprehensive utilization of energy resources and environmental pollution, which are also ofsignificant importance for sustainable development. The development of non-Platinumoxygen reduction reaction catalyst with superior performance and reduced cost has been thecurrent research focus in direct methanol fuel cell cathode catalyst technology field. In thispaper, nanoporous Pd alloys were prepared by etching method (dealloying method), and theirstructure and electrocatalytic properties were also characterized.The main contents of this paper:1. Refining ternary alloy with uniform and controllability components as precursor, andprepare Pd alloy with three-dimensional porous structure by dealloying method.2. Characterizing the structure of prepared nanoporous materials by XRD, SEM, TEM,XPS etc.3. Characterizing the electrocatalytic performance of prepared nanoporous materials byelectrochemical method, including catalyst performance towards oxygen reduction reaction,catalytic stability, methanol tolerance etc.4. Based on the experimental results and theoretical calculation, exploring the effect ofcombine3d metals with Pd on the electronic structure and the surface state of Pd, and thusinfer the influence on the catalytic performance.
