In practical application, adjustable DC power is widely used in various fields. In this paper, the new type DC-DC converter with wide range output is researched. First, the paper describes the development history of adjustable DC power supply, analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the linear regulated power supply, phased power supply and switching power supply, introduces two kinds of switch and linear fusion power, proposed a new type wide range of output dc power converter.Second, the voltage preset adjustment system of the new type wide range output DC power converter has been studied. It includes the calculation method of the inductance and capacitance based on Buck converter, and the actual hardware circuit diagram. Based on the average state method and the mathematical modeling, the PID parameters have been calculated by roche criterion and the digital simulation has been set up. Through the digital simulation, it has been pointed out that the control delay is the key factor that leads to the undesired target when it outputs low voltage and the harm to the ripple control when it is bifurcation.Third, hardware circuit is designed for the improved linear power, including main circuit, control circuit, protection circuit, alignment circuit. The control circuit and alignment circuit ensure make it work in the variable resistance area. Analysis and comparison between the filtering effect of the high frequency ripple and power frequency have been done to research the effect of eliminating the phenomenon of ripple increasing caused by the bifurcation phenomenon, and confirmed that it has certain effect. Then, based on the simulation of the new type wide range DC power, it has been proved it can eliminate the effect that the output cannot reach the low voltage caused by the control delay.Forth, researches about the auxiliary power have been done, including giving the circuit parameters of the flyback converter, which is the auxiliary power and setting up the simulation model. To be reliably, analysis has been done about the startup process, the short circuit protection of single output flyback converter and the multiple output flyback converter. It is proved based on the simulation model. Then, a method of evaluating the auxiliary capacitor is proposed. Based on the electromagnetic field finite element calculation software, the optimization design of the transformer of flyback converter is done. It has carried on the preliminary study of the optimization design of the multiple output flyback converter.Finally, the power monitoring system has been initially developed. The functions block diagram of the power monitoring and the overall scheme have been analyzed. Based on the hardware circuit, the lower and upper program have been written. The test of the Ethernet and USB communication shows that it can achieve the remote monitoring functions.
