According to China’s " Eleventh Five-Year Plan", only by adhering to conservation development, clean development, security and development in order to achieve sound and rapid economic development.The core area of Shanghai business district energy projects, the future will be faced with the high cost of business operations, so the project will adhere to a low-carbon-based Ecological Business District Planning and Construction concept built the largest regional energy supply system.Natural gas as fuel CCHP distributed energy supply system is the main use of distributed energy way, it passes through the energy cascade utilization of energy efficiency can be increased to80%. Rational use of natural gas as an optimal way, in recent years, natural gas distributed energy in the industry to promote and support the development of national policies rapidly.This article will examine the domestic energy supply as well as triple distributed SCADA system application examples to Shanghai for business core area for the background, according to the national standards, design principles, design a set of triple for the system, cooling system, heating system pipe network system consisting of SCADA energy supply system, control system network to build this framework, analyzing SCADA monitoring center and the linkage between energy supply subsystem control, self-protection mechanism with equipment supply and lightning protection systems as well as system configuration scheme, Selection of this design through hardware and software design, and finally put into operation for debugging.This regional energy supply SCADA system will meet within the control area of energy production, transportation pipe trench, the user can stand for real-time monitoring and scheduling production runs to achieve centralized management, the core area to meet the user’s entire hot/cold air-conditioning energy use and living hot water needs. Achieve energy saving and environmental protection, low-carbon energy supply of the ultimate goal.
