With the modernization construction in China, Iron and steel industry is also developing rapidly. At the same time, development of related industries also will be rising, ushered in the golden period of development. Among them, the development of the Sinter waste heat power generation is particularly attention, the cogeneration technology and Sinter waste heat technology as the main direction of development. Sinter low temperature waste heat power generation technology is the Sinter emissions from direct use of low temperature exhaust gas waste heat recovery power generation, no fuel consumption, generation process does not produce any pollution, it is a considerle economic benefit, clean environment, industrial policy in line with national clean energy, green power generation technology, has a very broad space for development and prospects. This article focuses on the development of the Sinter waste heat power generation process and the development status of, Sinter waste heat power generation technology introduced by a number of problems, meanwhile, Sinter waste heat power generation technology, process, yet, Sinter waste heat power generation process technology and High voltage frequency conversion control and Distributed Control System. Finally, according to some of the policies of the national Sinter waste heat power generation technology for the development prospects of some prospects.Sintering is the direct use of cogeneration technology sinter flue gas emissions in low-temperature waste heat recovery power generation, no fuel consumption, power generation process does not generate any secondary pollution, is a considerable economic benefit, clean environment, clean energy industry in line with national policy green power generation technology, with a very broad space for development and prospects.According to some of the problems that exist sintering cogeneration technology, combined with the sintering process waste heat power generation technology, high frequency and DCS distributed control system, the system structure analysis sintering cogeneration, heat recovery loop fan control and DCS frequency engineering design and application, by commissioning works, run the experiment, the control system has been designed cogeneration, the use of high frequency technology and DCS distributed control system to achieve the sintering waste heat recovery and utilization, supply of electricity in the sintering plant30%, to realization of energy saving and environmental protection.
