The precision of inertial system is an important index to evaluate the accuracy of inertial navigation and guidance. As the sensitive element of inertial platform system, gyroscope’s accuracy and stability directly determine the platform system to maintain accuracy of inertial space reference that consequently determines the missile inertial navigation and orbit precision.Precision index of gyroscope depends on instrument’s disturbance torque under steady state. Measurement and control for internal disturbance torque is more and more strict with the improvements on precision and stability. This paper studies the method of testing the disturbance torques for the flexible wires in welding process. The research realizes accurate measurement of the flexible wires’disturbance torque in the early part of the gyro assembly, avoids instrument integration and interrelationship of disturbance torque which caused by complex environment and structure when instrument in integrated state and overcomes the difficulties of gyroscope zero interference in separating and controlling.This paper fully analyzes the gyroscope support form and structure characteristics in assembly process. It elaborates that the system using air bearing structure effectively eliminates the friction torque as supporting the float assembly and it has higher sensitivity. After analyzing characteristics of test system, the paper introduces Correction network of Traditional Binary pulse width modulation circuit which is implemented by PID control method. The PID uses a real-time control of the embedded microcontroller system, and realizes the collection, calculation and output of testing data by C programming language so that it improves the applicability of test system for different gyroscope parametersThe system’s resolution for testing the disturbance torque of flexible wire is0.01-0.03mg·cm. This testing system under experimental verification can realize online accurate detection of gyroscope flexible wire welding and is widely used in various types of gyroscope with similar structure.
