Aviation, rail, ship, electric vehicles is a strategic industry in development, power matching is an important basis for those and some power supply products are fast development. It is very important to study the reliable and efficient power products.In this paper, base on the input high voltage and output low voltage and high current requirements, the article research on diode clamped phase shifted full bridge current double topology and the zero voltage soft switching technology and the lead and lag arm how to achieve soft switching conditions. Then put forward a kind of controllable synchronous rectifier, given the synchronous signal timing the strategy more reasonable, only in the continuous current mode synchronous rectification signal is open, to avoid the output current in the discontinuous mode synchronous rectification current backflow phenomenon, to improve the performance and reliability of the power supply. And then discusses several electrical control mode, design of the average current mode control for the current loop and voltage loop. Finally, according to the method of the research developed a DC270V input DC12V/80A output, high reliability and high efficiency power supply prototype. The test result shows the correctness of the design method of power supply.
