In order to improve the current poor ability to regulate the thermostat dehumidification units, narrow scope, can not be achieved on the air temperature and humidity of the double continuous adjustment problems, this paper presents an independent temperature and humidity-controlled thermostat dehumidification unit. The system can be adjusted according to the moisture content of the unit into the air flowing through the two evaporators of the air flow out of the wind and humidity control unit according to the inlet air temperature adjusting unit refrigerant flowing through the two condensers of the air flow control unit temperature, crew realized the air temperature and humidity parameters continuously, independent control;In order to study the ability dehumidification and temperature control temperature and humidity independently controlled thermostat dehumidification unit, the paper carried out the structural design of the system, and the establishment of a state mathematical simulation model independent temperature and humidity-controlled thermostat dehumidification units, the use of programming languages VB preparation of the system simulation software. Proven accuracy of the simulation software good simulation accuracy meets the requirements.The simulation results show:into the dry bulb temperature is27℃,60%relative humidity, air flow through the evaporator at low temperature is between1100m3/h3000m3/h change thermostat Dehumidifier amount of the adjustment range of2.4~9.4kg/h; when the amount of wind all through the cold evaporator, dehumidification reached the maximum flow through the ratio of the fin and tube condenser refrigerant between20%to100%change in temperature regulating thermostat dehumidifier the range of21.6-35.1℃. Dehumidification unit thermostat temperature and humidity can be individually adjusted, and a wide adjustment range, enhances the adaptability of the thermostat dehumidification units working on different occasions.In addition, the paper through heat pump defrost mode analysis, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the various defrost mode, combined dehumidifier defrost paper proposes a suitable auxiliary electric heating plus hot gas bypass this system defrosting methods.
