DXDK900four-sides sealing of bag packing machine, which uses roller continuoussealing, is a kind of multicolumn pouch filling and packaging equipment. It is used widely,and can make rolled film packaging materials into four-sides sealing bag while completingdifferent kinds of materials (such as tablet, powder, granule, viscous and semi viscous liquidetc.) filled and packaged continuously. Now, as unreeling mechanism has only one reel, whenused up, it has shortcomings of stopping machine to change materials. The phenomenon notonly affects production efficiency and operation life, but also is disadvantage to the machine’sautomatic control. Therefore, in order to solve the problem, the thesis makes studies of how toachieve the automatic film changing of DXDK900four-sides sealing of bag packing machine.Firstly, the paper makes a experiment of temperature-pressure and the study of verticalsealing rollers’ temperature curve, getting the relationship of heat-sealing parameters ofPET/Al/PE composite membranes and the change and distribution of vertical sealing rollers’temperature. They provide references for parameter settings of packing machine when filmchanging.Secondly, based on the understanding of working principle, structure composition andperformance of DXDK900four-sides sealing of bag packing machine, the paper improves thedesign of unreeling mechanism. It includes improved design of the unreeling mechanism’sprinciple, revised design of two-side plates, design of heat sealing device, design of pressingmechanism and improved design of correction mechanism etc. They lay the foundation ofachieving automatic film changing of packaging machine.Finally, the thesis conducts thermal analysis of heat-sealing mold and experiment of thefilm connection. The results verify rationality of heat-sealing parameter settings from theperspective of theoretical study and experimental analysis. |
