With the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country, the high-speed railway noise pollution problem has aroused people more and more attention. when the train speed is more than250km/h, the aerodynamic noise become the main source of noise instead of traditional noise produced by wheel-rail rolling.So the sound barrier has been used heavily as an important measure to reduce noise. To restrain the aerodynamic noise, noise barrier mainly depends on two factors:one is height of sound barrier, the other one is distance between noise barrier and the train. The higher the sound barrier, and the shorter the distance between trains and noise barrier, the noise reduction effect is better. Therefore, from the aspect of reducing the noise, sound barriers can be higher and closer to the train; But at this point, the transient aerodynamic load on the barrier caused by train going through become bigger than before. To design sound barrier needs to consider two aspects of content:first is the noise reduction effect; Second is the sound barrier safety under aerodynamic load. The reduction load type of sound barrier is the conceptual reduction just based on this two comprehensive aspects. To reduce the aerodynamic load on the noise barrier can use two designs, one is installing elastic connection on the base area; Another way is using the porous plate on the sound barrier.This paper is to come up with an variant structure (porous structure) that can minimize the aerodynamic load on the sound barrier surface based on the traditional barrier. Based on the basic theory of aerodynamics and numerical simulation method, build three-dimensional numerical model of reduction load type of sound barrier and the high speed train, using the fluid calculation software—Fluent to simulate the process of high-speed train passing by reduction load type of sound barrier, mainly studied the sound barrier characteristics of aerodynamic load schedules and spatial distribution,to give the influence law of aerodynamic load characteristics of sound barrier. To compare aerodynamic load characteristics of reduction load type and existing barrier, as well as the effect of load reduction based on the different punching way on the sound barrier. The results of this research provide a theoretical basis for the new reduction load type of sound barrier designing.Finally, to carry out the assessment of reduction load type of sound barrier intensity and fatigue reliability, the paper will provide the suggestions and opinions for the reduction load type of sound barrier model and product structure safety in the process of research and development.
