| The bullet twist is an important parameter for the measuring of the bullet geometric characteristic quantity in the project. Its measuring accuracy directly relates to the flight ballistic curve after shell leaving.In the paper, the measuring system of the bullet twist is designed with optics, mechanics and electronics. It completes the high-precision measurement of the bullet twist with combining the microscopic-photoelectric sighting system, precision mechanical system and displacement sensing system. Meanwhile, in order to get accurate measuring results and control instrument timely, the paper collects and processes the measuring data. In the end, the paper does a more comprehensive error analysis for the measuring system, and proves that the accuracy of the measuring system meets to the requirements of the system indicators. |
