Dual-band (laser/IR) optical-mechanical systems can get different bands (1.064um/3-5um) information, and effectively overcome the disadvantage of single-band optical system, such as low detection accuracy, band drift and difficult to detect at night. The advantage of Dual-band (laser/IR) optical-mechanical systems is that it can detect at night and in severe weather, which realize real-time detection, and can reduce the false alarm rate, too.The receiving part of dual-band (laser/IR) optical-mechanical systems is total aperture Cassegrain optical system. Spectroscope is used to detect the laser and infrared respectively. Because Cassegrain optical system is Catadioptric system, the quality and size of optical system can reduce effectively. The flexible tablet can reduce the assembly stress of the primary mirror. The assembly and adjustment of primary mirror, secondary mirror and spectroscope can ensure the performance of optical systems effectively. The assembly and adjustment structure of secondary mirror and the process of adjustment are very meaningful for the design of Cassegrain structure. Finite element analysis method is used to analyze the deformation of Cassegrain under gravity, and to analyze the structural modal of Cassegrain. Eliminate the main stray light by design the primary and secondary mirror hood.
