With the rapid development of our economy, the electric power industry has played a very important role. The rapid development of the high voltage transmission line has alleviated the power shortage problem, moreover there is the high voltage transmission line inspection and maintenance problems. Recently, the opto-electronic stabilized platform assembled on UAV is used in high voltage transmission line inspection and maintenance area because of its small volume, light weight, flexible operation and high stability. However, the structural performance of opto-electronic stabilized platform directly influences the whole performance of UAV system. Therefore, it has important significance to research the miniature and light structure of the opto-electronic stabilized platform.Firstly, this paper analyzes the structure characteristics of domestic and international opto-electronic stabilized platform, and according to the main mechanical index, this paper chooses reasonable structure form. Considering the requirement of miniaturization and light, this paper designs the reasonable structure of platform, and selects the materials with high strength and low density.Then, according to the actual working condition of opto-electronic stabilized platform, this paper computes platform’s load, and makes the finite element analysis of the platform structure by using ANSYS software. According to the analysis results, optimizes the key components to obtain a better structure.Finally, establishes the dynamics equations of small opto-electronic stabilized platform, and makes dynamics coupling analysis of opto-electronic platform by using ADAMS software, in this way, simulates the output torque of each frame rotation individually and common rotation, and then makes some comparison.
