| The solar simulator is a kind of lighting equipment, can simulate the radiation characteristics of the real sun indoors. The performance criterion is based on the similarity degree which the outgoing beam in the spectral characteristics, irradiance and illuminance distribution contrast with the real sun characteristics. Solar simulator is widely applied in the field of solar cell testing, bio breeding. satellite space environment simulation and so on.This paper is based on the needing in silicon solar testing, integrated the current advanced technology at home and abroad for the field of solar simulator, determining the overall design scheme of solar simulator used in silicon solar cell testing, and putting forward the optical system of a coaxial projection. The light source of solar simulator is the xenon lamp, and its spectrum is modified by optical filiter. In order to improve the solar energy utilization of the system, this paper designs a ellipsoidal condenser and its condensing effect is very good. According to the requirements of the intensity distribution of the working surface, this paper designs an optical integrator with uniform light effect, and controls the angle of the exit light through the field diaphragm and collimating lens. This paper also analyzes the factors influencing the irradiance and the irradiation uniformity, corrects the aberration of the collimating lens. Through modeling and simulation analysis with the Lighttools software, this design is verified reasonable on the theory. The result shows the irradiance reaches one solar constant and the irradiation non-uniformity reaches±1.72%, meet the index requirements of≤±2%. |
