With the rapid development of modern economy, global integration is obvious, the Influence of cultural heritage to the country’s development is self-evident. Intangible cultural heritage is an important element of cultural heritage resources in our country, the protection toward it should received more and more attention from the whole society.With the attention to the cultural heritage of both at home and abroad, the Relic parks begin to emerge. As comprehensive parks, the Relic parks are not only a collection of a variety of culture, but also a kind of cultural form. Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of human culture, it contains precious culture,and it is the treasure of human civilization. The Relic Park, as a kind of living remains, occupies more and more important position in the application of site class park, it also becomes one of the important factors that attract tourists.Intangible cultural heritage contains unique spiritual values, cultural consciousness and thinking mode of the Chinese nation. It not only has important value of cultural resources, but also closely related to people’s lives, and it has already inherited in the Chinese history from generation to generation. As the physical carrier of intangible cultural, the Relic Parks draw nutrients from the invisible cultural sites, which is not only promoting the development of their own, but also provide a space for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. From this level, the Relic parks excellently defined the Intangible culture,and Intangible culture also widely circulated by the development of Relic Parks. As a recovery of the tang dynasty, Qujiang Pond Ruins Park has a lot of historical and cultural heritage, these historical heritage includes material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage. As an important part of the Qujiang Pond Ruins park, Intangible cultural heritage have influences to the park’s artistic conceptions of gardening techniques, designing, decoration, etc. The application of Intangible cultural in the Qujiang Pond Ruins Park not only make the park contains cultural connotations, but also becomes a cultural artistic conception space. Discussions and researches toward the application of Intangible cultural in the relic Parks is very crucial to the protection and inheritance of Intangible cultural heritage.The investigation to Xi’an Qujiang Pond Ruins Park and the consulting to related literature writings provide a foundation for the construction of this article. First of all, this essay gives definition to related concepts, at the same time, it also gives a summarize to the characteristics and classification of intangible cultural heritage. Second, as Xi’an Qujiang Pond Ruins Park is a recovery of the Tang Dynasty, this essay Divides the intangible cultural heritage within Xi’an Qujiang Pond Ruins park into leisure and Conviviality culture, jinshi culture, religious culture, folk culture and love culture, and it also analyzed their characteristics in detail.
