Study On The Planning And Design Of Urban Agricultural Park

With the accelerated process of urbanization in China, the polarization of income between City and Village becomes serious. The problem about agriculture, rural areas and peasantry in China has always been an urgent issue. Since the1990s, urban agriculture which developed as modern agriculture in city and outskirts, had geographical advantages obviously, which had born the palm in agricultural development of city now. Sustainable development of urban agriculture is able to promote the harmony between urban and rural areas, and has far-reaching influence on agriculture in China. Urban agricultural park, as a showcase of urban agriculture, whose planning and operating impacts on the development of the park directly and the image of a city to a certain extent. Chengdu in Sichuan province has been a leading city of the Development of the West Regions in China. Tianfu New District is an important strategic significance in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. In this paper, the researcher based on the urban agriculture of Chengdu, discussed the urban agriculture park planning and designed method of Xinglong Town in Shuangliu County in Chengdu.The researcher chooses the urban agriculture park planning and design as the object. The two research methods such as data analysis and case practice study. This paper summarizes the concept of urban agriculture, agricultural science and technology park and urban agricultural park. According the features, type and spatial structure of urban agriculture park, analyzes Urban Agriculture Park, and elaborate on the current development of urban agriculture and urban agriculture park. Through the analysis of three urban agriculture park, combined with relevant theories, analyzed the urban agriculture park position, planned and designed function zoning, road traffic, plant landscape and ecological agriculture model. Ultimately concluded.1、Before the urban agriculture park’s planning and design,we had analyzed of national policy, agricultural environment, economic conditions and market demand, and determined the function of urban agriculture park’s positioning, planning concepts and planning objectives. 2、Urban agriculture park’s planning and design should be based on different planning concepts. The theories of planning concepts as the starting point, combined the model of ecological agriculture, layout the functional areas scientifically and reasonably.3、The plant landscape planning of Urban agriculture park should be based industrial distribution. The park of flowers and seedlings and orchards should focus on choose and distribution. The park of vegetable, grain, herbs, animal husbandry should pay attention to "line-point". Two kinds of parks’ plant landscape planning should avoid the unity of landscape plants.
