This makes the power quality becomes more and more bad,at the same time, with the development of economy, the degree of Automation Science andtechnology more and more intelligent devices become more perfect, and a large number ofinvestment to industrial production, makes the user more strict demand on power quality. Atthe same time, people pay more and more attention to power quality problems。As everyone knows, the impact load for power supply system caused the most serious isthe influence of voltage flicker and voltage impulse. The current impact power strong, it willcause voltage instability, a series of severe problems such as flicker, turning first makes themotor can not stable, electronic device error operation, even damage the device. At the sametime will also reduce the using efficiency of the users, so we think that caused by the loadfluctuation and flicker in power grid is a nuisance. We found that the capacity of short circuitof power supply system and its structure, and the load of the electrical characteristics, whichwill affect the voltage fluctuation and flicker degree. In order to suppress voltage fluctuationand flicker from the following several aspects to take measures, first to improve thecharacteristics of electrical equipment, and can improve the ability of power supply, also canbe used as compensation device. Voltage fluctuation caused by load and flicker essence is nobalance without power, so we can use some quick compensation circuit device without powerto suppress this situation。Power loss is the inevitable cost. Electricity companies only to ensure the quality ofelectric energy, improve the utilization rate and efficiency of electric energy, in order tominimize the loss. Enterprise power system in power system to maintain the balance withoutwork, installation of wattless power compensation equipment, improve power factor, caneffectively reduce losses, save electricity, safe operation. In order to make the power systemvoltage to maintain a balance, and improve the stability of its operation, we can reasonablywattless power and wattless compensation of load, it can also make the loss of reactive poweris reduced, it can ensure the safe and reliable operation, at the same time to satisfy the qualityrequirements of the electrical pressure, loss minimum, reduce operation expenditure, improve economic benefits, this can make the power quality and system operation and economy fullytogether。In this paper, through the study of Shandong Xiwang steel company proposed500000tons EAF project, arc power supply system in actual presents a scene of filtering data impactload simulation model based on this model, according to some power quality problemscaused by electric arc furnace is studied. We’ll start is based on some parameters to constructthe electric arc furnace of a distribution system used in the experiment, load simulation modelis established and then it with the filter current data, based on a series of issues arising fromthis model to research the electric arc furnace operation. And adopting the parallelcompensation method, the design of the control scheme based on SVC compensation withoutwork。Finally the simulation research on the EAF system, test the rational and effectivegovernance program arc system is established based on the field data model。...
