The IGCT is important switching devices of the power converter, ahigh reliability of the IGCT drive power is normal operation of theconverter prerequisite. This topic is based on the IGCT drive powerdeveloped on a converter subprojects CSR Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd..The ZVS phase-shifted full bridge converter and LLC resonantconverter two candidate topologies are compared, in order to meet theneeds of both sides of the transformer to meet the18KV isolation voltagerequirements, the air gap5mm is added, which causes the huge leakageinductance of the transformer. Finally, the LLC resonant converter as themain circuit topology.At present, LLC topology in the application of the power supply thathas been very mature, compared with other topology has incomparableadvantage:LLC topology structure is simple, only need two switch tube,to ensure the reliability of the system; High efficiency, clever use ofexciting current realize ZVS of the switch tube opened, the rectifier ZCSshut off, the efficiency is common in more than90%, can achieve highpower density, Device for magnetic integrated, the volume can do is verysmall. This paper analyzes the dead zone time and power switch tubeZVS of the opening of the relationship, the paper different workingfrequency range interval, harmonic current in the dead time of thedetailed time change process. Finally, presents the converter parametersdesign process, and the key components for the stress analysis and lossanalysis, on the basis of simulation and development of a400w powerlevels of IGCT drive power validated by experiment, the experimentalresults show that the theory is feasible.
