The dual flyback converter based on active power factor correction(APFC)Soft-Switch has some merits compared with the previoussingle-stage flyback converter. First of all, it has high PF and theefficiency of the converter is greatly improved, secondly it has lowharmonic content; thirdly,it has high output power and high securitywhen the converter cope with the increasing demand of complexenvironment. The major research purpose is the dual flyback converter based onthe single-stage soft-switch APFC with165265Vinput voltage and0.7A output current. First of all, the dual flyback converter is combinedwith the Boost APFC circut and flyback soft-switch.Furthermore,variousworking modes of the converter are analyzed in detail. Secondly, withdifferent operating modes of the converter are analyzed particularly, theconverter’s main circuit is emulated through software Saber. Thirdly, thedual flyback converter based on the single-stage soft-switch is designedin practice, separately from the main circuit, control circuit, feedbackisolation circuit and other parts of the design. The converter’s calculationmethod and detail design are introduced clearly; Last but not least, theoutcome of two main switches and two assist switches drive waveformare got by the oscillograph, the DS voltage waveform of two mainswitches and two assist switches are also got by the oscillograph. Toachieve zero voltage switch turn-on and zero voltage turn-off, and theoutput voltage waveform test. Through the consistency of theexperiment waveform and waveform simulation, to verify thecorrectness of the theory analysis and parameter design. Finally, basedon the prototype of different input AC voltage and different loadconditions, efficiency and power factor of the converter, the adjustmentrate of load and input voltage regulation as well as the input voltage andinput current harmonics is tested in detail. The test results indicate thatthe design of the prototype meets the design requirements. Finally, the work in this thesis is summarized, especially thedetailed experimental problems and how the problems are solved, thenexplains the space to improve the method, what have certain referencesignificance for the coming work.
