In the energy area of our country, nearly70%of the power is transformed bymotors, and the amount of induction motors accounts for a significant portion of thetotal. Asynchronous motors’ power loss mainly comes from the electromagnetic loss,including core loss and copper loss. As the global energy demand increasing and theenergy crisis approaching, researching the loss factors of asynchronous motors,reducing their energy loss, and improving the working efficiency of the motors, havesignificant meanings in energy saving, environment pollution reducing and naturalecological protecting.In this paper, starting from the theory of asynchronous motor electromagnetic lossanalysis of asynchronous motor which contains of stator core loss and copper loss hasbeen carried on the system research. Traditional model of motor iron core losscalculation is a reference loss characteristics of ferromagnetic materials, onlyconsidering the effect of alternating magnetic, and because the motor is rotating workequipment, the actual runtime will exist in core are changing the size of the magneticinduction intensity and direction of the rotating magnetic, so only consider the theeffects of alternating magnetic core loss is not enough.Asynchronous motor stator copper loss are analyzed, considering the effects ofharmonic current are discussed in stator copper loss calculation method. Down on rotorconducting bar in non-sinusoidal electric copper consumption, using hierarchicalmethod and finite element method to calculate, and the calculated results werecompared between the two.This paper introduces several kinds of alternating iron loss model. And carried onthe preliminary analysis of rotating iron loss model, studied the several has certain usevalue calculation method, according to the characteristics of several kinds ofalternating and rotating iron loss model, summarizes the alternating and rotating ironloss calculation model.By using finite element analysis software Ansoft12, Maxwell motor no-load andrated as well as close to full load were analyzed in the work under the condition of ironcore, magnetic flux density in the orbit using alternating and comprehensive iron lossmodel of the motor rotating magnetic core loss are analyzed in the simulation ofdifferent working conditions, and with constant coefficient trinomial model calculatedresults were compared. This paper experiments the electromagnetic loss model of a three-phasesquirrel-cage asynchronous motor of Y2-132-S2-2, with the silicon steel grades of50w470, and the numerical model of electromagnetic loss analysis and calculationresults were compared. In addition several structure parameters and the rotor of motorwere studied conducting bar material for asynchronous motor electromagnetic losseffect.
