| The electrotherma l coating based on conductive coating is a new type offunctional coating. W ith the development o f science and technolo gy, electrotherma lcoating has been wide ly used, but its short service life and unstab le electricperforma nce limit the developme nt and application of the electrotherma l coating.Therefore, developing a new printable anti-aging electrothermal carbon coating on thebasis of origina l electric coatings is of immense va lue.Based on different binders, conductive particles and conductive fillers, theelectrothermal coating was prepared after burdening, grind ing, printing and curing.Fina lly, a series of electrotherma l carbon coating with good comprehens ive propertieshas been developed.The experimenta l results show that: with graphite/carbon black as the conductivefiller and phenolic resin as the binder in the preparation of electrotherma l carboncoating, the electrothermal performance is better than that of electrotherma l carboncoating with single graphite as the conductive filler. As the quality proportion ofphenolic resin and graphite and carbon black is50:30:20, the size is250mm×80mm,the surface heating temperature ma inta ined53℃under the condition of heating10min and220V. The best formula of electrotherma l carbon coating with good propertiesis composed as follows: the qua lity proportion o f composite resin a nd graphite andcarbon black and silicon carbide is44:52:2:2, the quality proportion of reagent A andgraphite and carbon black and silicon carb ide is52:44:2:2, the quality proportion ofphenolic resin and graphite and carbon black and silicon carbide is41:55:5:5. With thiscomposition, the surface heating te mperature ma intained45℃under the conditio n of220V and it can be wide ly used in our daily life. Choosing the phenolic resins asbinder, as the qua lity proportion of phe nolic resin and graphite and carbon black andsilicon carbide is41:55:2:2, after baking for48h at the temperature of250℃, thesurface heating temperature ma inta ined45℃under the testing voltage of220V and ithas good anti-aging performance.Choosing water-based resin as adhesive, as the formula of the quality proportionof S resin and graphite and calc ined petrole m coke and silicon oxide is50:20:15:5, thesize is250mm×80mm, coating has good properties.Under the condition o f heating10min and120V, the heating power mainta ined80.1W, the surface heating temperaturema inta ined109℃, as the formula of the quality proportion of water-based acrylic resin and graphite and calc ined petrole m coke and silicon oxide is50:20:15:5, the heatingpower ma inta ined77.2W, the surface heating temperature ma intained101℃under thecondition o f heating10min a nd120V. Choosing the S resin a nd water-based acrylicresin as binder, the electrotherma l coating has good anti-aging performance at hightemperatures of the system. As the quality proportion of S resin and graphite andcarbon black and copper is60:20:4:16, after baking for180h at the temperature of70℃, the heating power of the electrothermal coating mainta ined7.2W and thesurface heating temperature mainta ined44℃under the testing vo ltage of220V. As thequality proportion of water-based acrylic resin resin and graphite and carbon black andcopper is60:20:4:16, the heating power mainta ined6.9W and the surface heatingtemperature ma inta ined30℃under the same condition and this has higher practicalvalue. When it used in high temperature for a long time, the electric performa nce ismore stable than South Korea’s a fe ver piece and a domestic saled carbon heating floor. |
