Solar photovoltaic cells is used for converting the sun’s energy directly into electricity. There is no rotation parts and noise in photovoltaic generation system, which is a "quiet" of energy. Compared to conventional power generation technology, research on impact of distributed photovoltaic genenration system to distribution grid and operation control technology, improvement on application of photovoltaic power system, ensurence on safety and reliability of photovoltaic power system, is of important theoretical significance and practical value.Based on parameter identification method, standardized modeling approach for photovoltaic generation system is studied on, and the main work in this paper are summarized as follows:(1) Detailed simulation modeling methods and models of photovoltaic generation system are introduced, including photovoltaic array model, inverter model, control system model, which is composed of single-stage grid-connected inverter or double-stage grid-connected inverter, maximum power point control and double-stage power control.Based on DIgSILENT, a detailed model of photovoltaic generation system is established.(2) According to double-loop control structure of PV, control system design method is presented. And common parameter identification methods are introduced. Based on DIgSILENT, basic principles of the least squares method are studied and a detailed parameter identification mode is estalished.(3) According to the actual structure and parameters, photovoltaic generaion plant model is created. Comparison of simulation results and actual operating data are presented, which verifies the validity of parameter identification method.
