With the improvement of people’s living standard, the original power quality can not meet the growing needs of people. In order to ensure the high efficiency, energy saving, safe operation of power grid, most of the new voltage and reactive power control technology. From the view of control strategy, a more reasonable approach is non reactive power control and voltage, no power control, because the power factor control is simple and convenient, but switching shocks more likely not to take relevant measures in case of.This paper from a theoretical height the wattless power balance and voltage adjustment links in the power system, a rough comparison of various adjusting voltage may be used in the current method, discussed the wattless adjusting device typical voltage (VQC) control strategy, at the same time, points out that most of the current voltage wattless power compensation controller strategy is not perfect, the problem of performance in the workload fluctuations caused by the switching oscillation, transformer tap adjustment times too much and affect the life and safety aspects of the equipment.The ultra short term load forecasting is introduced into substation integrated voltage regulating scheme, optimization scheme and the integrated control strategy. First, the optimization strategy is on the transformer tap adjustment and switching control of compensation capacitors, and the combination of the two advantages, to realize the optimization of the integrated pressure regulation. The judge the load fluctuation and grasp the load trend put forward a very high request. In view of this situation, to take control of ultra short term load forecasting is feasible, there are two ways to achieve this objective, a, through the establishment of closed-loop control, compare the actual load and forecasting load curve, through the optimization ealculation, judgment of transformer tap switch or not, and the overload capacity transformer, achieve the purpose of optimization. Two, based on the existing mode of operation system, not only from the quantity to consider load problems, but from various angles, combined with the use of load changes of industry classification and the power, and integrated indicators related to marketing, an ultra short load forecasting target.Short-term load forecasting method is proposed in this paper is the combination of artificial neural network, linear regression, exponential smoothing method. At the same time marketing index method has also been applied, using concrete examples proves the feasibility of comprehensive short-term prediction method.Based on these research results as the foundation, established the solution without power compensation of real time control, the system frame chart is given, no power control device was optimized from the control strategy for voltage.
