Good lubrication of the dynamic pressure bearing has a very important role inmechanical operation, such as its fatigue life, friction, wear and temperature all havevery important influence, such as without good machinery lubrication, the service lifeof the dynamic pressure bearing can be shorten greatly. Dynamic pressure bearingdamage analysis results show that the vast majority of bearing damage is has a greatrelationship with bad lubrication. Therefore, good lubrication of the dynamic pressurebearing is a kind of effective measures to reduce friction and wear of bearing.In the late1980s, the mechanical and electrical system gradually arisen,microscale mechanical more and more important in the modern science and technology,such as the manufacture technology of biochip has begun using microcomputerprocessing operation, etc. In the field of mechanical dynamic pressure bearinglubrication is important, therefore puts forward higher requirements on the dynamicpressure bearing. In order to ensure the dynamic pressure bearing excellent mechanicalperformance, solve the problems in the process of lubrication is very important. Thisarticle mainly aims at micro-scale dynamic pressure sliding bearing lubricationcondition analysis and computer simulation. Based on thin film lubrication theory andmicro-scale dynamic pressure bearing lubrication research foundation, this paperintroduces the research status quo of dynamic pressure bearing lubrication, andemphatically introduces the application of molecular dynamics methods in the researchand the principle and characteristic of this method. Put forward a kind ofself-lubricating bearing structure, and the modeling and analyzed by computer. Bearingsurface wettability are analyzed on its lubrication process, and try to put forward a newmodel of the dynamic pressure bearing. At the same time by using molecular dynamicssimulation of micro scale bearing fluid lubrication state was studied, emphaticallyanalyzed the lubrication fluid lubrication film properties in the process of change, it isconcluded that the micro and macro state under dynamic pressure bearing fluidlubrication part of the differences, such as liquid molecular order arrangement, etc.In this study involves multiple molecular dynamic simulation and data analysissoftware, mainly including Materials Studio6.0, LAMMPS, Matlab, VMD, such assoftware, used to complete the modeling, simulation, operation, data and imagepost-processing and so on each link.
