Following the reform and opening up, China’s water transport industry has entered arapid development period. Especially navigable river bridge on the rise of engineering andconstruction projects to further promote the development of China’s shipping industry.However, ship navigation environment susceptible to bridge engineering, constructionproject’s impact and role of bridge engineering area very easily lead to the safe navigation ofthe ship, causing the ship hit the bridge safety risks. Therefore, in the sea, across the river,crossing the bridge construction period there is a huge risk of ship collision accident ofbridge. According to the survey statistics show that in recent years, countries and regions inthe world occurred in the ship hit the bridge since the accident has been more than$110,especially in our country, so far only the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge is completed, the leadship Bridge Collision up80onwards. However, in other countries, due to the impact causedby the ship’s bridge collapse accident or serious damage is also more than50high-Dadaonwards, it is estimated that an annual average of about a large bridges because the ship hitand badly damaged. Therefore, the bridge works to prevent the risk of ship collision ofbridge has great economic value and social role.Chinese domestic construction period of bridge construction in waters prone to the riskof the ship hit the bridge accident, and its construction of the building of the bridgeoperation period, it is has its particularity, its uniqueness lies in having a lot of risk factors,which include hydrological factors, meteorological factors, human factors, constructionfactors, and vessels navigating bridge area, and many other risk factors, so it shipnavigation environment have a greater impact, resulting in bridge engineering in itsconstruction of the building facing a huge ship during the collision bridge risks and crises.Studies and discusses the construction of bridge construction bridge defense shipcollision risk is smooth bridge engineering construction and construction period of majornavigable ship safety protection measures and methods, but also the defense ship hit thebridge part of the study, for now, the domestic construction of bridge construction outsideof the waters near the bridge construction bridge defense ship collision problems and risksrelated to the conduct of research is still small.
