With the continuous development of our economy, the prestressed concrete technologyobtained the rapid development and wide application, the prestressed concrete can exert apreset stress, so as to improve the stress performance of concrete members, bring goodeconomic and social benefits. Therefore, unbounded prestressed floor in high-rise and largespan structure is applied more and more. With the deepening of the study, characteristics andtheory of prestressed slabs is gradually improving, gradually mature design method. Methodsthe paper mainly girderless floor of prestressed concrete are analyzed, and the concept isapplied to the practical engineering, and discusses the technical and economic performance ofits. The main contents are as follows.(1) Introduced the realistic meaning of the prestressed floor without beam and itsapplication background, and prestressed concrete beamless roof structure canceled beamstructure design, template and assembling reinforcement on the omit of manpower andmaterial resources, also cast-in-place prestressed structure with time reservation is for short,which undoubtedly improve the construction speed, saving time and saving the economiccost.Several analysis methods introduced the reinforced concrete girder less floor, such as theequivalent frame method, the equivalent load method, single and double strip method,empirical coefficient method is used widely.(2) To bonded cantilevered beam prestressed structure limit state design method as anexample is introduced. Including the calculation of the prestressed loss, cracking, PPR sectioncalculation, bending, tension checking, checking deformation checking.(3) The design and checking calculation in Daqing scenery, Clear Lake Gardensresidential area underground garage as an example of the unbonded prestressed floor. Selectthe8.1m×8.1m girderless floor as an example, the appropriate steel strands and reinforcedconfiguration was chosen, and the punching shear, crack, deflection.(4) The Daqing scenery, Clear Lake Gardens residential area underground garage floorwithout beam of prestressed scheme and common steel concrete structure of the cost analysis,the two kinds of scheme comparison, found the prestressed structure reduce cost41yuan per square metre, but more significant is the overall benefits. Mixed structure compared withnormal steel, due to the use of prestressed structure, can significantly reduce beam sectionheight and column wall section size, reduce the structure weight, reducing the earthquake, soas to increase the space utilization rate, reduce the cost of basic part.Based on the practical project of Daqing Lake in the underground garage as an example,the actual analysis of the economic performance of prestressed floor without beam, comparedwith common scheme, embodies the superiority of the structure.
