GFRP is short for Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer, which is gradually being used in the civil engineering field as a new composite material. With mechanical properties of light weight, high strength and corrosion-resistant, GFRP bolt is applied to the reinforcement of the Road Slope Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering. It can deal with the problems such as steel bolt corrosion and difficulties in construction more effectively. Based on the conclusion of the study on the GFRP bolt at home and abroad at present, according to the mechanical property of GFRP bolt and its anchor mechanism with concrete, this paper makes the experimental study and numerical analysis. The main research contents are as follows:1. By the mechanical tensile test of the GFRP bolt, we study the ultimate tensile strength, tensile strength, stress-strain relationship, elastic modulus, elongation and so on, and consider the effect of the bolt diameter, component and type on mechanical property of the GFRP bar2. By the pull-off test and ANSYS numerical analysis of the GFRP anchor and concrete bonding performance, we get the effect of diameter, surface form, component and type on bonding performance between the GFRP bolt and concrete.3. Simulating the pull-off test by ANSYS finite element on the GFRP bolt rock soil anchoring, we analyze the effect of the diameter of the GFRP bolt, anchorage length, elastic modulus of soil-rock mass, cohesive strength and angle of friction on the anchor performance, and the distribution rules of the axial force and shear stress of the prestressed GFRP bolt with anchorage length; Through the above analysis, Suggestions for reference on the GFRP anchor engineering application are put forward.4. By the numerical analysis and theoretical deduction, we can conclude the recommended minimum anchorage length of GFRP bolt and its calculation formula; By the data fitting, we can get the bond-slip curve and bond-slip bond stiffness of the GFRP anchor.5.Summary the research results at home and abroad, we put forward the preliminary GFRP bolt engineering design method.
