Ultraviolet curing is the process that the liquid photo-curable oligomer forms into a solid product by cross-linking polymerization under UV irradiation. As the optical radiation of UV light affects the solidification effect, researches on start-up and control mode of UV circuit have theoretical significance and practical value to improve the working performance of the UV lamp.In this thesis, the technological characteristics and technical indicators of UV light are introduced, and its power supply control scheme is discussed. For the high-frequency characteristics of the control of the UV lamp, the topological structure of the main circuit is designed by using the digital control of soft-switching full-bridge converter based on phase-shifted full-bridge PWM control on the basis of in-depth analysis of the basic principles and characteristics of the high-frequency link inverter technology.The conventional PID and intelligent PID control algorithm is studied in the thesis. Neural network PID and Fuzzy PID control algorithm are employed to control the UV lamp voltage and the air duct temperature. MATLAB is used to simulate the control system. The simulation results show that the control performance of intelligent PID control algorithm is significantly superior to conventional PID control algorithm, and verify the effectiveness of the designed algorithm.Compared and demonstrated the SCM, DSP and MCU, the MCU of STM32F4with strong digital processing ability and good control performance is chosen as the control core. The hardware and software of the control system is designed and implemented, and the relevant circuit diagrams and program charts are given.The high-frequency inverter power intelligent control system designed in the thesis can reduce the volume and energy loss of the equipment, improve the efficiency of operations, and has high reliability to meet the control requirements of the UV lamp. The control scheme has certain guiding significance for the improvement of the UV lamp curing equipment and application prospects for the high-frequency digital control using high-frequency power.
