Affected by sintering machine load changes in the operating environment, sintering waste heat recovery process operates a passive low energy utilization. How to track changes of entrance amount of resources, dynamically adjust the system parameters, improve the efficiency and stability of system operation of waste heat recovery, which is the main problem of sintering waste heat recovery optimization and control.In this paper, two aspects and analysis method from the enthalpy is used in-depth analysis of the thermodynamic process and energy balance of sintering waste heat recovery power generation. This paper introduces the index of energy efficiency, to evaluate the overall efficiency of waste heat power generation system. According to the thermodynamic analysis, combined with the detection of specific parameters, the calculation model of entrance quantity of the system waste heat resources and the output of system was established, and the time delay of the system was analyzed, to further establish the calculation model of exergy efficiency of the system. Using historical data, results show that efficiency of the system should be promoted, and the difference of different conditions efficiency was great.A dynamic parameters optimization method was proposed to improve the exergy efficiency of the system. As the time delay of the system, we use the current entrance sinter quantity of waste heat resources to predict the change of steam parameters. Combined with the mechanism modeling and parameter identification method, steam parameter prediction model was established. At the same time, with the system efficiency calculation model, establishes a efficiency prediction model. On this basis, with the medium pressure steam temperature and pressure as the optimization parameters, maximum efficiency as the goal, efficiency optimization model set up with the constrained conditions. Using the improved particle swarm algorithm to solve the optimization model.The industrial operation data is applied to the simulation and experimental research. The results show that, using the particle swarm algorithm for solving efficiency optimization model, optimization of steam temperature and pressure set value, can effectively improve the efficiency of the system in different conditions. The result of this study provides a new idea for the optimization and control of sintering waste heat recovery process.
