Pumpcrete has been widely used in daily production because of its convenient construction. The water/cement ratio usually requires between0.4and0.6. Along with the social demand for energy conservation and emissions reduction and the improving performance of mixing slag on concrete, pumpcrete mixing slag powder was used widely. The relationship of the water/cement ratio、the curing time and the cement strength to the carbonation resistance of pumpcrete with mineral slag powder was studied through the rapid carbonization experiment. The results show that:(1) The deeper the water/cement ratio, the greater the carbonation depth. Concrete carbonation coefficient (mixed with slag powder) had a linear relationship with water/cement ratio.(2) Under conditions of the same water/cement ratio and the same content of slag powder, the carbonation depth decreased with a reduction in moist-curing time at early ages.(3) The carbonation resistance of concrete decreased obviously with a reduction in moist-curing time at early ages. Carbonation coefficient increased greatly less than7days of curing time; Growth of carbonation coefficient is slow more than7days of curing time.(4) Under conditions of the same water/cement ratio, the carbonation resistance of concrete decreased with an increase in the content of mineral admixture.(5) Carbonation resistance was greatly improved by improving the grade of cement.
