With the successful complement of the2nd “west to east gas pipeline”, Shenzhen comesinto multi-natural gas sources Times. It includes offshore natural gas, the2nd west to east gaspipeline natural gas and spot natural gas from middle east. While because of the hysteresis ofLPG development in some districts of Shenzhen, and the coverage fraction of urban mediumpressure municipal pipeline network is insufficient, such as vast areas of Longgang and Baoanis still less than50%, it’s urgent to make research and take measures so that the majority ofresidents and businesses where natural gas pipeline network is weak can exert clear, safe andcheap natural gas as soon as possible. There is important practical significance to improveatmosphere environment and optimize the energy structure of local businesses andhouseholds.This thesis, according to the distribution characteristics and the present situation ofnetwork users in Shenzhen Longgang district, pipeline network weak areas which includesPinghu and Dapeng, makes research and analysis the way of natural gas supply during thetransitional period before reaching the municipal pipeline network(small LNG/CNG station).It designs a set of standardized LNG bottles station and CNG supply station as reference inactual use. Meanwhile the paper analyses the temporary NG supply choice factors betweenurban scale and the different characteristics, consequently finding the key factors whichdecide the temporary supply way in a district. In order to solve the user’s gas demand inpipeline network weak area, the paper also attempts to establish small gas station (LNGstations and CNG stations) as the gas source, improve pipeline network between the point ofgas source, and it make research for the ultimate achievement of "cell supply, regionalnetworking" mode. This paper aims to provide a reference through the analysis of Pinghu andDapeng temporary natural gas supply facilities and regional networking as an example, forfinding NG supply solutions during the user groups transition period for the gas businesswhere there isn’t pipeline network. And the paper create conditions for improving weak areasthe pipeline network transformation situation and the majority of users to use natural gas assoon as possible.
