| With the acceleration of industrialization, we has improved our living standards, whilewe are suffered an unprecedented indoor environment pollution, so developing a new kind ofair-purifier has become an urgent issue. Currently, photo-catalyst, electrostatic, precipitators,filters and negative oxygen ions are the main techniques of the air purifier, however, thesetechniques have their shortcomings and deficiencies, whichcan’t meet the requirements of thepeople.In this paper, to determine the design parameters, the composition of DBD plasmaair-sterilization purifier had been studied, and then a new air purifier was designed andexploited. This article contrasted parameter, function, price of air purifier with those in market,and proved that it has huge market potential. The present paper main research conclusion is asfollows:First, to provide foundation for optimal design of the reaction and inlet and outletof the tunnel, the structure parameter, resistance and air volume has been calculated;The produce process and control method of byproduct of O3, NOxhad been analyzed inprocess of DBD plasma, and catalysts had been used to resolve the ozone and TiO2light catalysts had been used to restrain NOxproducing.Second, aim at producing and canning plants in food, medicine and cosmeticsindustrial field. In this paper, appearance of purifier and DBD reactor was designedoptimally. Air purifier also has a function liking zone machine by designing the exhaustgas device.Third, the paper tested the safety performance of the air purifier, and the experimentresult shows that working temperature, the density of O3, NOxare in safety range by GB/T18801-2008. Through the experiment, the optical amount of usage and service life had beendetermined. To study the germicidal efficacy of the DBD plasma air-sterilization in a cosmeticstorage room for packaging bottle about63m3, after the machine was turned on for120minutes at the environment without people and48people being in room, the average killingrate for the nature bacteria was93.0%,87.0%respectively. The count of nature bacteriaincreased obviously along with time length and personnel movement but was lower than200 cfu/m3. And measuring the total air volume of purifier, which is in conformity with air volumeof design. To test the noise of the air purifier, the noise is lower than50decibels complyingwith GB/T18801-2008range.Last, this paper respectively analyzed the air purifier coverage in various places both thecivilian and industrial field, the results showed that the most widely use of air purifier is inhospital and producing workshop; this thesis contrasted parameter, function, price of airpurifier with those in market and proved that it has huge market potential. |
