Study On Construction Cost Control Of Green Building

With the sustainable development of society, the green building gets a good development opportunity, and be constructed by a large scale in our country. Construction of green building is a complicated systems engineering. From the planning to the design of project, and further to final operating, the link is long, participants are so many, factors that involve it are complex, environment change fast and risk is big. If there is no elaborate organizing and scientific management, it is difficult to achieve success.As the key point of project management for the green building, cost control gets more and more attention. Construction cost control has gradually become a frontier. However, selection for green building techniques based on life-cycle is infrequent and this is the research meaning of the paper.This paper study construction cost control of green building systematically. First of all, this paper elaborates background of research and points out that in the situation of the implementing for sustainable development strategy, the green building has achieved rapid development, but also has the problem of that construction cost is high. At the same time, this paper summarizes the research situation of this aspect that studied by scholars at home and abroad so as to lay a basis to research on construction cost control of green building; Secondly, this paper expounds the meaning of green building construction costs, defines the components of green building construction cost and analyzes the factors that affecting green building construction cost. Through the analysis shows that technical measures is the most important factors that affect the construction cost of green building and laid a foundation to evaluation and selection for green building technology; Thirdly, on the basis of above research results, doing technical measures management emphatically. At the same time, this paper builds evaluation index system of green building technology based on the ideas of life-cycle and it provides the optimal for selecting green building technology to reduce construction cost; Finally, combining with the factors that affecting green building construction costs, this paper puts forward specific measures of construction costs control from planning stage, design stage and construction stage so as to provide suggestions and references for construction cost control of green building.
