Management Countermeasures Research Based On The SFO Model Of The Sinan Wujiang Karst National Geological Park In Guizhou

Constructing geological parks not only effectively protect the geological relics, and can promote the development of local tourism industry, which is to achieve the mutual coordination and common development of geological park construction、regional economy and environment.The first batch national geological parks of2001set up so far,our country has218national geological parks, the geological park research also achieved some results. Based on existing research, according to the Sinan Wujiang Karst National Geological Park in Guizhou own characteristics, this paper analyzed its tourism resources advantages, researching the operation management, visitor management and community participation management from the Angle of the management and the use of practice model,referring to SFO model as the research methods, to explore the management measures which is suitable to the development. The text mainly study:1.Through the analysis of the experience of traveling spots at home and abroad management, including the British New Forest national park, New Zealand Tongariro national park, Pu Da-cuo national park of Yunnan province and Jiu Zhai-gou national park of Sichuan province, which analyzes its management experience and draws the conclusion:priority to protection and rational development; Implement all measures to operations management, tourist management is important, residents participation is the foundation. This research play the very good reference in the Sinan Wujiang Karst National Geological Park in Guizhou management.2. Through the present situation of the Sinan Wujiang Karst National Geological Park in Guizhou and SWOT analysis, as well as the GDP statistics analysis of Sinan nearly five years, discovering the accelerating economic development speed of Sinan and country focus on western tourism development. Relaxing policy, increasing capital investment and strengthening the infrastructure development and construction, which provides conditions for the development of western tourism and creates a good opportunity for the development of the Sinan Wujiang Karst National Geological Park in Guizhou.3. Comparing the study of the Sinan Wujiang Karst National Geological Park in Guizhou with the study of four state-level scenic spots, concluding that the Sinan geological park has certain advantages in such aspects as tourism resource and the related department capital investment, the Sinan geological park development and construction has a certain social and economic value.4. Based on the core idea of SFO model, that mainly establish strategic target to each management work from the operation management, visitor management and community management with the corresponding tools. Firstly operations management thinks the core strategic target of the Sinan geological park is driving the development of county economy by geological tourism, management tools is mainly planned from transportation, catering, accommodation, security, water and electricity facilities,which is to ensure the orderly operation of the park; Secondly it is tourist management, rasing that people must follow the policy of "protection first and development second" according to its own unique characteristics of resources, visitors enter the park for sightseeing, popularizing geological knowledge and obtain economic benefits,at the same time, we should notice to protect geological resources, promote the sustainable development of the park,even ensure the quality of tourist travel, management tools are studied mainly from tourist capacity, tourist behavior, tourist experience, tourist waiting in line tourist complaints and tourist security in order to protect geological relics and improve the quality of tourists travel;Finally it is community participation imanagement that effectivly guides community residents with the principle of "people-oriented", what is advantageous to common development of the park and residents, management tools include the principles of community involvement in park construction followed, arrange planning and community project planning, focusing on guiding local residents to seek their profits by playing national characteristics and advantages conditions by giving full,so that for promoting harmonious development of the park.Through studying, we conclude the Sinan Wujiang Karst National Geological Park in Guizhou natural relic resource is rich, which has a certain development value, reasonable planning development and orderly management is crucial for the development of the park, the paper provides theoretical basis for the development of the park on the analysis of tourism resources and the study of management strategies.
